Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide support in managing social media accounts
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Welcomeing customers to our showroom.
- Placing orders for work based materials

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
