**About the role**:
We are looking for a full time Team Administrator who enjoys working as part of a team to join our Cheltenham Locality Team.

**_We are also open to offering this opportunity as an apprenticeship_**_. The Business Administration apprentice role would consist of 4 working days and 1 day studying per week. The duration of the apprenticeship is 18 months and on successful completion would become a permanent Team Administrator position. The salary during the first year is £16,033 and will increase the following year depending on age._

As a Team Administrator you will provide an efficient clerical and administration service for our Adult Social Care Team. This will include:

- taking calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public, so a professional telephone manner is a must.
- inputting data into internal systems.
- scheduling meetings and booking rooms, as well as taking minutes of meetings.

Training and support in these key areas will be given.

**Interviews will take place on Wednesday 1st May. This will include a telephone and written task.**

**About you**:
You will have strong communication and organisational skills. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a busy office environment. You will have good IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.
