Job Title: Facilities and Administration Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Administration Team Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our National Security Solutions Operations Team, you will be responsible for executing our NG UK facilities' strategy, managing a team across facilities and administration, and providing support to other NG facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the NG UK facilities' strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Lead a team of facilities and administration professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address facilities-related issues, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  4. Manage the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  6. Monitor and report on facilities-related KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  1. NEBOSH General Certificate or other Health and Safety qualification.
  2. Proven experience in a facilities and/or health and safety role, with a strong understanding of facilities management principles.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
