Facilities and Administration Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Administration Team Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our National Security Solutions Operations Team, you will be responsible for executing the company's facilities strategy, managing a team of facilities and administration professionals, and providing support to other facilities teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's facilities strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of facilities and administration professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the facilities and administration team, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure effective financial management.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve facilities management processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or other Health and Safety qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, databases, and e-learning solutions.
