About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Administration Team Lead to join our team at Northrop Grumman Corp. (AU). As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and administration functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the company's facilities strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a team of facilities and administration professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement effective change management processes to ensure a seamless transition to new facilities and administration systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing costs.
  • Supervise the performance of contractors, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Manage facilities cost budgets, reporting to the Head of Operations on a monthly basis and providing long-term plans for each part of the estate.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including security, procurement, and facilities management teams.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or other Health and Safety qualification.
  • Solid experience of working in a Facilities and/or Health & Safety role.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Highly-organised with strong administration skills.
  • Innovative and creative, able to think outside the box.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS office tools, databases, and e-learning solutions.
