The Role

As an Administrator in our hospital you will;
To assist and provide cover on the imaging reception desk, answering queries, making appointments and clerically supporting the Radiographers and Radiologists
To clerically support the Medical Legal and Health Screening Nuffield Hospital contracts
To provide a switchboard / telephone answering service, ensuring calls are answered and dealt with in a timely and effective manner
Complete electronic and/or manual data entry / record keeping and retrieve simple data in an accurate and timely manner, to agreed standards
Create all other administrative tasks, as directed by team members

The Person

To succeed as an administrator you will;
Good numeracy and literacy
Good key board / IT skills
Good communication/interpersonal skills
Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
