Recruitment Administrator

Key responsibilities:
- Completing administration of the full recruitment process.
- Posting job adverts on job boards and careers page.
- Booking interviews into diaries ensuring meeting room availability or virtual interview details are sent.
- Keeping the recruitment tracker up to date.
- Support HR administrator with Offer letters and contracts.
- Collect feedback from hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Manage the careers in box and respond to all enquiries.
- Support HR Administrator with on boarding new employees.
- Support with the arrangement of and attend careers fairs.
You will ideally need previous experience working in an office environment with an interest within recruitment and HR.
