Our client, a luxury construction company, is currently working on a £50m country estate new build based in the beautiful countryside near Nettlebed/Henley. We are looking for a bright, personable and proactive Project Administrator to join the 15 strongteam to communicate with everyone on site, keep the office running smoothly and to act as the driving force behind information flow and control.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a truly exciting construction project and work for a fantastic organization with excellent career progression.

The role is working 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and our client offers superb benefits including 23 days holiday plus time off between Xmas and New Year, healthcare for whole family, pension, walk in doctor's service, and full training.

If you have superb administration and co-ordination experience coupled with strong communication and IT skills this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Experience in the construction industry isn't essential.

Duties include
- Maintain key communication with everyone on site from the client to the operatives
- Maintain the smooth running of the office
- Keep the whole team up to date with all necessary information
- Filing and document control systems
- Maintain an efficient system on FusionLive to keep a record of all drawings, specifications and other documents that are received and issued
- Keep up to date and accurate record of logs and documents such as the Site Instruction log and the RFI log, minutes and letters
- Typing, filing, photocopying and all administrative duties in support of the project team
- Manage the collation of documents such as Project Reports, 2nd Stage Tender Submissions and Internal Project Review folders
- Arranging meetings and making/organising refreshments for meetings
- Ensure meeting rooms are maintained and prepared for every meeting and promptly cleared upon completion of the meeting
- Respond to all incoming phone calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors to site and making them feel welcome and comfortable
- Helping to organise client visits to the project
- Manage the relevant external suppliers such as printers and couriers
- Maintain the petty cash float
- Make sure all systems in the office are fully functional at all times and stocked up including IT, printing, photocopiers, printers and stationery stocks

Skills/Experience
- 1st class communication skills, able to liaise effectively with everyone
- Excellent co-ordination, admin and/or project co-ordination experience
- Friendly, confident, keen to help wherever possible
- Proactive, natural problem solver
- Excellent team player
