Bookkeeper / Projects Administrator

We are working with an established company based near Hersham, who are looking to recruit a Bookkeeper/Projects Administrator.
The role is working within a small and friendly team, a busy varied role, with daily and monthly tasks.
Role includes:
- Producing Sales invoices and Credit Notes
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Credit Control
- Request and reconcilesupplier's statements
- Bank Reconciliation
- VAT returns ( quarterly)
- Cash forecasting
- Monthly
- Quarterly Management Accounts
- Maintain Nominal Accounts
- Assisting with weekly and monthly sales rep reports
- Stock reconciliation
- Project management work to improve efficiency of the business.
You are the only accounts person, setting up processes when needed, self-starter, ability to multi task, work to deadlines. Good knowledge of Sage is essential and Excel. Happy working in a quiet busy office.
Hours Monday to Friday either 8.30- 5.30pm
