Recruitment/hr Administrator

_Our client is currently looking for a Recruitment/HR Administrator to join their busy team in Sunbury _
You will provide administration support to the HR team and first line guidance and knowledge to the business in order to help deliver a high level of HR service across the Company. Alongside this, you will be working with the Recruiter in the delivery ofthe company’s recruitment requirements.
**Recruitment/HR Administrator Duties**:
- Handle and respond to HR queries from line managers and employees.
- Raise all employment references e.g. employment, tenancy etc.
- Organise and maintain up-to-date employee files.
- Create contracts, letters or addendums.
- Monitor and collate new joiner reference requests.
- Ensure that the HRIS is kept up-to-date and employee records are accurate.
- Communicating with internal stakeholders and managing expectations.
- Oversee the preparation of job descriptions and create job board advertisements.
- Regular monitoring of job boards to ensure vacancies are up to date.
- Arrange interviews which may include liaising with recruitment agencies.
- Provide general administrative support to the Recruiter.
- Working with the HR team on any adhoc HR projects or work.
**Recruitment/HR Administrator Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in HR/Recruitment is essential.
- An understanding of technology recruitment and attraction methods is preferred.
- Strong administration skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Organised and articulate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enjoy working with people and good team player.
- Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; and working knowledge of a HRIS.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
