A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Support Worker.

This position is perfect for someone who is looking to make a real and meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people who have experienced trauma and abuse.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be a crucial part of the team, helping young people to develop their life skills and reach their personal goals. You will be responsible for organizing and accompanying the young people on social activities and appointments, building strong relationships with them, whilst also recording their activity and reporting key aspects of their care.

⭐ The ability to build strong and trusting relationships with young people
⭐ The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
⭐ Resilience and a positive outlook
⭐ A good level of IT literacy

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Level 3 or 4 diploma in Residential Care (preferred)
