Children's Residential Support Worker

Medsolve is proud to be working with a client who are recruiting for a
Children's Support Worker.

This is a permanent role.

My client offers a salary of £11.50 per hour Circa £26,700 including sleep-in allowance of £50 per sleep.

The shift pattern is 2 on 4 off hours per week.

The role of the
Support Worker:

Is to provide help to children/young people and to develop individual identity in relation to gender, disability, religious, racial, cultural, linguistic background or sexual orientation.

The Support worker will ensure that support/advice is provided for children/young people, who have been or are involved in sexual exploitation, whether as the victim or in abusing others.

The Support worker will promote that the child/young person is involved with the planning of any such support programmes. To have a flexible approach to shift patterns which may sometimes require changes to rota at short notice.
