As a customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for delivering a professional level of customer service to our customers, prescribers and other stakeholders. You will keep accurate written records as jobs arise.

**What will this role involve?**
- Booking and scheduling of technicians for customer appointments/orders to ensure 6 hours customer facing time for technicians.
- Ensure all calls received into the service are answered professionally and courteously, and issues logged appropriately.
- Communicate with the Team leader to ensure all orders/complaints where applicable are dealt with by the appropriate personnel.
- Responsible for inputting orders onto the system(s) efficiently and accurately and managing orders received on the system including manifesting, resourcing
- Updating databases and systems as required including keeping customer records up to date and attaching new documentation
- Interpret customer request and identify relevant services to meet the identified need.
- Responsible for helping out in any area of the service as required. You will or may be assigned to specific areas or tasks associated with the Team Leader either on a permanent or temporary basis. Flexibility is therefore required to ensure that the team remains effective and efficient and to manage and cover for other staff in their absence.

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in a telecare administration role would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
- Proven ability to quickly understand and adapt to service user/customer needs and communicate in a caring and respectful way
- Demonstrable experience in building relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties
- Strong organisational skills with an administrative background in detailed process and record keeping
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience of using in-house systems
