Location: Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8RU

Salary: £22,167 per annum

If the answer is yes . then LHP have an exciting opportunity for a Telecare Advisor to join their successful Integrated Telecare Monitoring Team in Boston.

They re offering a great salary of £22,167 plus some great benefits.

As a Telecare Advisor, you will complete referrals with prospective customers and carry out a needs-based assessment to ensure the Telecare equipment will provide the necessary support to enable the customer to live independently for longer in their own homes. You will be responsible for taking payments, scheduling installations, maintenance, and repairs for the customers. You will also be required to manage customer accounts with the addition of contract management. You will be supporting the team of 4 technicians with getting equipment ready ahead of an install.

What will I be asked to do as a Telecare Advisor?

  • Actively promote the Telecare service to prospective customers
  • Successfully onboard new customers by completing a referral with the customer and explaining the equipment they offer to enable them to live independently for longer.
  • Processing payments for new customers.
  • You will manage their customer accounts, ensuring all billing frequencies are correct. You will monitor the arrears status for all customers and follow the processes set out to mitigate this happening.
  • Schedule the install to one of the technicians, ensuring all equipment and supporting documentation is ready.
  • You will be required to book appointments for the Technicians for any Repairs or collections that arise.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping is up to date, ensuring all stock is accounted for and that all their customer details are up to date, updating them where necessary.
  • Update customer records and PNC reporting system with details of appointment outcome and report any issues to the Telecare Team Leader

What skills, attributes and experience will I need as a Telecare Advisor?

  • Passion to work in a fast-paced multi-channel customer service centre environment, work experience in a similar role is desirable

  • Experience of providing a quality customer service.
  • Able to develop good working partnerships, external & internal.
  • Competence with standard desk top IT applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to work flexibly.
  • Keen eye for punctuality.
