This Job Role will include tasks such as:

- Book keeping
- Admin (phone calls to customers, suppliers, HMRC, accounts and staff)
- Spreadsheets and costings
- Quoting and organising services
- Handling complaints
- Payroll
- Ordering parts
- Maintaining our daily transport diary as well as organising insurance, MOT and maintenance etc
- Maintaining Insurance policies
- Organising advertisement
- Based at our yard

**Requirements**:

- Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information
- Comfortable working autonomously and across multiple tasks
- IT literate with some experience of Office 365, Microsoft Excel and basic data bases
- Excellent social and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external
- Ability to organise and plan your own work
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- A high degree of personal organisation and self-management
- Comfortable when working to tight deadlines, and able to turn work around within a short time span where demands are liable to change at short notice;
- Ability to think proactively and laterally to maximise opportunities to promote the work of the organisation
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills as this is a full-time position
- Trial days available

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
