Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Valuation Officer to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £24,149.90 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits

**Responsibilities for this Valuation Officer role are**:

- Assist & support the Operational Managers by producing reports, valuations & system audits
- Produce valuations to ensure information is accurate, maintain effective & accurate files & records
- Provide operational managers with financial information required for their teams
- Promote & advocate for improved productivity, identify trends in operative performance
- Identify ways to add value to existing work streams to maximise income
- Produce accurate reports highlighting trends
- Review & improve systems
- Deal with weekly schedules
- Liaise with Inspectors and monitor visits of new properties
- Review new properties for business improvement
- Deal with team & client queries adhering to GDPR protocols

**What we are looking for in our ideal Valuation Officer**:
GCSE level or equivalent in English & Maths. Experience of budget, business performance reporting & operating a computerised data base system. High level of Numeracy & IT skills in all Microsoft Office software. Intermediate to advanced MS Excel experience is required to build & maintain spreadsheets. Demonstrate strong analytical skills & ability to manage change. Previous experience on social housing

is desirable.
