**Venue Sourcing Executive** Worldwide Events**

Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in London Office)

Role Type: Full Time, 35 hours

**About the opportunity**

As a company, were on an exciting growth journey thats where you come in We have an opportunity for an organised Venue Sourcing Executive to join us in pushing our world-class events that bit further.

If you love travel and have experience in relationship building and venue sourcing, then this could be a match made in heaven.
- As Venue Sourcing Executive, you will:_
- Create and update all Future Solutions communication materials including event RFPs (_Request for Proposals_) and event contracts
- Liaise with other departments providing them with all the necessary information as the events get contracted, to ensure the proper launch of each event campaign from a marketing and sales perspective
- Consolidate information to fulfil partner reporting requirements
- Ownership of event budgets and campaigns on our internal CRM
- Working with the event delivery team to understand event objectives, agenda, flow and space requirements, and creating venue briefs
- Work with the Head of Events and Event Managers gathering post-event feedback to maintain our level of service, drive better destinations and venue sourcing
- Create and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for venue sourcing across the team
- Support the team both onside during events and in the office
- Attend industry events as necessary
- Undertake site visits

Due to the nature of the events industry, you may occasionally be required to work outside of hours to meet deadlines.

**About you**:
To be considered as a Venue Sourcing Executive, youll need:

- Previous experience in events administration with an understanding of database management
- A keen interest in the events industry, following trends and news
- Organisational skills with attention to detail is essential
- Good time-management skills with an ability to manage priorities
- Effective communication and people skills
- Proficiency in IT, including the Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Problem solving and a real proactive attitude always thinking ahead of whats coming next
- A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally

Desirable:

- Knowledge of Salesforce and Airtable
- Ability to communicate in other languages
- Experience working in different countries and cultures
