As a Venue Partnership Development Executive, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with wedding venues across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard new venues onto our marketplace on Hitched.co.uk, offering them a free listing to showcase their business profile. You will be responsible for making high volumes of calls to venue owners and decision-makers, taking them through the validation process, and ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date. To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and customers. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven to succeed, and has a positive and proactive attitude. Experience in a telephone-based or telemarketing role is desirable, but not essential. A strong understanding of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Hubspot, would be beneficial. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression.
