**The role**
Venue Services Executive RCN UK HQ Office (London), 35 hours, permanent There is more to the RCN than you might think. As our Venue Services Executive you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of events industry and your ability to deliver consistent and effective venue and event service for staff, members and external customers. It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from handling new enquiries and coordinating events to implementing a B2B marketing strategy including marketing and due diligence guidance to retain and grow external clients. You’ll use your enthusiasm, your positivity, and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our clients, members and staff. To join us you’ll need strong communication and problem solving skills and, ideally, a background in a relevant area such as venue/facilities management and/or organising conferences and events. Whatever your background, you'll be efficient, accurate and show a real customer focus in all you do. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary.
