We act for businesses, charities and individuals in over 40 countries - from regional manufacturing firms to large publicly-listed multinationals.
This role is working as part of our growing Employee Benefits division. There are excellent opportunities for career progression, with the potential to move into a consulting or sales role in the future. Where appropriate, we will provide you with the training and support to develop your technical knowledge and expertise to help your professional development.
Your responsibilities will be to undertake administrative duties as required by the department including, but not exclusively:
- Collating and formatting data
- Managing Employee Benefit product renewals
- Reviewing and analysing data
- Producing renewal and new business reports
- Processing medical underwriting and claims
- Dealing with client and insurer queries
- Administering Employee Benefits policies through our online platform
- Providing sales support to the consulting team
- Keeping up-to-date with product development
You will have experience in an Employee Benefits OR professional-services administration role including engaging with clients, suppliers and partners.
- You are self-motivated and efficient
- You practice good work habits: setting priorities and goals and following through on commitments
- You are able to effectively and accurately manage own workload to ensure that internal SLAs are met
- You are proficient in Word and Excel with strong organisational/administrative skills
- You are a strong communicator able to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally
- You can work in a changing environment

We are offering a competitive basic salary (level strictly dependent on experience) and benefits package.
- Basic Salary - Strictly dependent on experience
