There are 7 other Radiology Departments across United Lincolnshire Hospital's NHS Trust, offering MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Dexa, X-Ray, Fluoroscopy and Interventional services.

We perform over 300k examinations per year providing a 24-hour service for emergency procedures. The departments carry out a wide range of procedures including plain film radiography, barium studies, A/E Trauma, IVU’s, theatre, dental and interventional fluoroscopy.

As a department we fully encourage role extension and CPD. We are also committed to providing a caring and supportive working environment.

Working in a small team, you will be required to work flexibly in order to respond to the demands of this role.

There will be considerable patient contact, both by telephone and with direct face to face communication. The role will also involve liaison with all staff grades to ensure effective coordination. Excellent communication skills are therefore essential.
