We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of a Receptionist in our NHS Practice. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Main Duties- Manage patient appointments, both in person and via phone.
- Process patient registrations, changes of address, and medical records.
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of patient data.
- NHS Pension Scheme.
- NHS incentives, including Blue light discount card.
- Professional development opportunities and training.
- GCSE grade C or above in English language.
- NVQ in Administration.
- Clear and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to follow policies and protocols.
We anticipate the salary for this position to be approximately £19,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
