**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Addiction Services team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and operational management of a geographical team within Addiction Services.

NHS National Services Scotland is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to the people of Scotland. Our Addiction Services team works in close partnership with colleagues across Fife to achieve the objectives of the Fife Wide Health & Social Care Partnership Strategic Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of services while maintaining a systematic approach to care and treatment for people who may be experiencing difficulties with drug and/or alcohol use.
  • Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of compassionate care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve strategic objectives and develop high-performance teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Significant experience in healthcare leadership or management.
  • Ability to travel across Fife.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility expected in line with service needs.

  • An estimated salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
