We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity offers a salary of £22,500 - £27,500 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleIn this challenging and varied role, you will be responsible for managing a busy reception area, handling referrals, waiting lists, and other statistics. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to use their initiative, and manage their time effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage workload under supervision, seeking advice when required, performing routine office procedures.
- Ensure patient and staff confidentiality is maintained at all times, adhering to Trust and national policy.
- Assist with the distribution and collation of information around referrals, waiting lists, and other statistics.
- Has worked in a busy office environment.
- Knowledge of Trust database.
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
