**Office Manager/HR Support**
An industry leading Space Technology business are on the market for a Office Manager/HR Support Specialist to start ASAP
- 3 month contract (potentially permanent after)
- Based in Glasgow
- £16-18 per hour (Inside IR35)
In this role, you'll handle Facilities, HR and Payroll, IT, and admin tasks. Reporting to the Director of Finance UK, you'll be key to our office's smooth operation.
**Your Skills and Responsibilities**:
- ** Independence**: Comfortable solo or in teams.
- ** Change Agent**: Suggest process improvements.
- ** Solutions-Oriented**: Tackle challenges head-on.
- ** Detail-Focused**: Meet deadlines without fail.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- ** Cherry on Top**: Progressing toward or possessing CIPD membership is a plus.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Office Support**: Keep our workspace organized.
- ** Equipment Management**: Oversee servicing schedules.
- ** IT Collaboration**: Ensure tech functionality.
- ** Onboarding**: Welcome new team members.
- ** HR Administration**: Manage records confidentially.
- ** Payroll Assistance**: Aid in processing.
