**Customer Service / Order Processor, Wokingham**:Order Processor (ideally with SAP)**
- Processing Customer orders to specific deadlines. These orders could vary from 1- 150 lines. and all Customers orders are sent in different formats and have different/specific instructions. Orders are processed in different ways on the SAP system, therefore, attention to detail is essential in this role.
- Managing out of stock items with our Customers and internal Marketing colleagues.
- Resolving Customer queries in a timely manner. This could be a query that could be managed very quickly and other queries could take time and involve other departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Managing invoice queries from Customers and also receiving queries from the Credit Control Team. These need to be resolved in timely manner to ensure that we secure payments from our Customers.
- We promote the LEAN way of thinking and always welcome new and fresh suggestions.
- Customer visits - to meet key contacts and see a our equipment in action and to discuss ways that we can improve our service.

**The Successful Applicant**:
**Customer Service / Order Processor (ideally with SAP)**
- Ideally you will have worked in a similar order processing role
- Ideally experience working in an FMCG environment. If not FMCG certainly an environment where the company made or distributed a physical product
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ideally knowledge of SAP and good Excel
- Available to work weekly shift pattern between 8 am - 6pm

**What's on Offer**:
Salary of circa £25,000 to £30,000 dependant upon experience.
