Our Learning Disabilities Day Service (LDDS) is a well-established service for vulnerable adults, who attend a variety of days between Monday to Friday, 9:00am
- 3:30pm. We have two bases, in Wokingham and in Woodley.- This rewarding and exciting role will require you to provide support, and guidance to enable individuals to take part in community activities, to develop skills, and abilities and to promote independence and social inclusion. while meeting their emotional and physical care and support needs.- Experience of working with this client group would be beneficial but not essential. The key attribute for this role is to possess a positive attitude towards our disabled client group.- You’ll need to have a full driving license and meet our insurance requirements to drive our manual vehicles. Driving is essential part of the role.- We are looking for people who enjoy working as part of a team and will motivate our clients to engage in activities.- We currently have full time and part time opportunities Working for Optalis you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
