Employment Type: Full time 35 hours, or part time 24 hours per week, Permanent, Remote

This role is responsible for the effective management and collection of customer debt for Busy Bees Centres in a professional, competent, and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effective customer debt collection activities daily including debts held in internal systems
- Maintain & update customer records with debt collection activities undertaken.
- Reviewing and monitoring the ongoing collection of outstanding debt including payment plans and debts going through court procedure.
- Assist the Credit Control Manager in providing relevant documentation required for court proceedings where required.
- Occasional involvement in testing system upgrades and transitional functions.
- Assisting with any other ad hoc duties requested by the Credit Control Manager as and when required by the business.
- Knowledge and experience of excel to intermediate level and previous experience within a similar environment would be desirable.
- Responding to Customer account queries and allocation and reconciliation of Customer accounts

Key skills & Experience
- Ability to manage workloads based on matter of importance to ensure deadlines are met
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the wider order to cash team
- Keep up to date with a sound understanding of general operating practices within Busy Bees
- Keep up to date with changes in the department and systems to ensure the correct process is being adhered to
- Persistent, calm and confident communication skills
