A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for our longstanding Burntwood based client.
Our client is looking for an Office Administrator, someone who wants to gain office experience and develop their skill set in a long standing and reputable organisation.
**Duties to include**
- Answering incoming telephone calls and greeting clients on arrival.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintaining client record filing system.
- Scanning/archiving documents.
- Shredding of confidential documents.
- Completing general correspondence.
- Ensuring client letters of engagement are up-to-date.
- Setting up new client records and ensuring all documentation and authorisations are correctly received and recorded.
- Chasing up client records.
- Controlling client record retention/return.
- Liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining stationery supplies and ordering stationery.
- Taking client card payments over the telephone and in person.
- Processing direct debit payments.
- Petty Cash
- Query management
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
- Learning and developing the companies digital presence, including the Company Facebook, Twitter and Linked-In accounts.
- Eventually to take on responsibility for digital communications, such as client newsletters, other client notifications, and digital marketing.
- General Ad Hoc duties as required.
- Proven office based experience
- Competent user of MS Office ( Word & Excel )
- Educated to GCSE Level in English & Maths - C and above
- Enthusiastic and dedicated to learning and making a difference

Hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Mon - Fri
Salary £18,000 - £20,000
