As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, logging transactions, tracking activities, scheduling meetings, and handling all associated coordination and administrative tasks. This position is highly varied, offering ample opportunities to contribute to a growing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who excels in written correspondence.

- Proficiency in IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to produce concise business correspondence with a strong focus on proofreading for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
- A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to show initiative.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
- Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, comfortable working in virtual environments such as Microsoft Teams.
- Effective workload management, with a keen focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prioritization of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Self-motivation and adaptability to change.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Multitasking ability.
**Benefits**:
This is a full time role either hybrid near Burntwood or Homebased.
**Salary**: Commensurate with experience and qualifications, negotiable
