We are looking for an ambitious Business Support Administrator to join the RIIFO UK LTD.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be entrusted with overseeing the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes. This dynamic role encompasses proficient management of sales order input, invoicing, and credit noting, as well as meticulous stock monitoring utilizing ERP software and WMS.

In addition to ensuring seamless operational workflows, your responsibilities extend to coordinating procurement activities with international suppliers and assisting in navigating import-export procedures supporting the RIIFO operations team. Alongside the above duties, customer contact will be essential in promoting the brand in the marketplace.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Execute Lead-to-Cash procedures, managing sales orders, invoicing, credit noting, and stock through ERP, Salesforce, and Xero Finance systems.
- Facilitate procurement processes, fostering effective communication with international suppliers.
- Navigate import and export procedures to support the smooth flow of operations.
- Uphold a high standard of efficiency and accuracy in handling data across various systems.
- Assist with marketing plans on social media by liaising with the Head Office Team.
- Expense management on the ERP system in due time
- Execute other administrative jobs required from the office.

- Experience in managing conversations with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to form positive working relationships with colleagues of all levels.
- Accurate data entry skills and good attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Chinese speaking preferred.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
