**Job Title:** Payroll Administrator Specialist

We are seeking a temporary Payroll Administrator Specialist with expertise in iTrent to join our team as a Payroll Administrator.

As the Payroll Administrator Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering and overseeing the preparation, distribution, and reporting aspects of payroll operations.
  • Compiling and managing payroll data obtained from the Human Resources department.
  • Ensuring the payroll processing is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely fashion within the iTrent system.
  • Directing the overall processing of payroll by utilizing advanced iTrent system features.
  • Oversighting adherence to statutory reporting and filing requirements for compliance.
  • Auditing data regularly to ensure accuracy and identify areas for process improvement within payroll management.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies through data collection and analysis for prompt resolution.
  • Adjusting payroll records based on new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and leaves of absence, ensuring such data are accurate within the iTrent systems.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding employee information to ensure privacy and security throughout the organization.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting, amongst other special projects as necessary to support business objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work accurately under pressure, and maintain strict confidentiality. They must also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

This is a temporary position, requiring the ability to start immediately. The estimated salary range for this role is £25-30 per hour, depending on experience.
