About the Role

Pick for Britain is seeking an exceptional Office Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to bring their administrative skills and experience to our dynamic office environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and performing various clerical duties.

This is a full-time position, offering a salary of £23,400 per year, plus a bonus scheme. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including company pension, free parking, and on-site parking facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently, taking messages and directing calls to the relevant personnel.
  • Manage correspondence, including responding to emails and letters, and updating records as necessary.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computerised office applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
