Traffic Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Clerk to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. This exciting new opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support for our traffic teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate flow of information throughout our traffic and warehousing operations.

The Role
This Traffic Clerk position involves supporting the on-the-road management of our traffic operation through communication and guidance. You will ensure all required administrative tasks are completed in line with our company requirements and escalate issues where necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for dealing with customer and driver enquiries in a polite and effective manner, while ensuring service level targets and KPIs are achieved by maximising fleet utilisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all traffic and warehousing operations are undertaken in line with company operating procedures
- Supporting the on the road management of the traffic operation through communication and guidance
- Ensuring all required administrative tasks are completed in line with company requirements
- Dealing with customer / driver enquiries in a polite and effective manner
- Ensure service level targets and KPI's are achieved by maximising fleet utilisation
Benefits:
