About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Retail Joinery Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mainstay Facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing retail joinery operations, ensuring high-quality custom solutions are delivered to a wide range of commercial sectors across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage retail joinery projects from start to finish
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail joinery operations or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
