About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Joinery Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mainstay Facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing retail joinery operations, ensuring high-quality custom solutions are delivered to a wide range of commercial sectors across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage retail joinery projects from start to finish
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail joinery operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and project management skills
