The Governors at Camberwell Park wish to appoint an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated HR Admin Officer to support the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team with the smooth running of the administration of personnel matters within the school.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and ambitious professional to make a difference to our children and our school community.
- The ability to work within statutory guidance, school policies and with confidentiality and sensitivity, and to work closely with the admin team, Senior Leadership Team and Governors within the school
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in all areas
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with efficiency
- A sound knowledge of ICT systems and programmes including Microsoft word and Excel
- A good knowledge of safer recruitment practices and requirements would be an advantage but not essential

You will be responsible for the administration of personnel matters within the school including the administration of the recruitment of staff, managing the staff attendance data and staff contracts of employment.
