One of our team is going to have a baby. Of course we are thrilled however we need to find someone to do their work whilst they are busy.
Do you **have experience in HR**? Looking for an opportunity to progress and develop your knowledge and skills in People Services
In this role, which we call a People Services Administrator, you will be part of a team of 6, doing all of the usual**HR Admin processes - on-boarding new starters, job and contractual changes, family friendly, leavers**etc., but you will also have the opportunity to learn new skills and develop your existing skills in other ways. You will be responsible for supporting one of the Business Areas in the company from an admin perspective, and you will be able to work closely with the HR Adviser for that Business Area, which will enable you to grow further. You will be working both in a team and individually in fast paced environment.

**What's in it for me?**
You will start with a basic of 25 days annual leave per year, with extra office closure days at Christmas and the Bank Holidays on top and benefit from private medical insurance and a health cash plan reward. You will have a good pension too; you can contribute up to 7% and we will put in up to 11.5% giving the possibility of 18.5% towards your pension.
You will have a working week of 35 hours, with a split of working in the office and working from home in a smart hybrid way
