Senior Communications Officer

Rapid Recruit are on the look out for a Senior Communication Officer to work for our client, on their sites based in Nelson, Brierfirled, and Accrington.
- Designing and delivering a PR strategy to promote key initiatives and enhance the brands image and reputation across all learning types and focused on good growth
- Take responsibility for managing outsourced PR activities, ensuring the service prioritises and delivers strategic communications to support objectives
- Monitor and analyse media coverage and develop appropriate responses to negative coverage, as well as identify and respond to industry trends
- Manage all communications activity budgeting, forecast and spend.
- Lead the creative thinking for all communications, working with the Senior Marketing Campaigns Lead to identify key target audiences and define goals, conducting market research to analyse trends and identify opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all communications-related inquiries and act as a marketing link person for cross-college colleagues, providing effective communication solutions for business needs
- Monitor communications metrics and KPIs to continuously iterate and optimise activity as well as briefing internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree level qualification
