Oniti Home Care Ltd is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Carlisle. The Office Administrator position will be responsible for assisting with the administrative needs of the company. This position will be responsible for providing support to the business and its executives, ensuring that the business is running efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and ready for employees when they arrive.
- Ensure that office equipment is in good working order.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Provide support to the company by answering questions about the company, policies, products, etc.
- Coordinate meetings with management and employees as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.
- Must be articulate over the phone and be able to react appropiatley to situations.
- Must have experience with apple operating systems
- You will be required to input new call outs and figure out if we are able to alttend with the contracted SLA times.
- General UK geography knowledge is useful.

**Hours Of Work**:

- As a reactive call out company we operate 7 days a week 24/7
- the hours of this role advertised are 7am-5pm on a 4 days on and the 4 days off shift pattern.
- Weekends are compulsory but due to shift patterns, it's not every weekend.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carlisle: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
