Business Administrative Assistant

**Job description**
This is an **exciting opportunity** for an experienced PA/Project and/or Project Manager to work in a dynamic environment with a great deal of autonomy.
You will have the chance to get involved in fast-changing and growing ethical business ventures. Offering general business support in the running of several businesses and personal enterprises.
**Key Responsibilities & duties (including, but not limited to)**
- Will play an integral role in project planning, task scheduling, procurement, budgeting, risk management, project leading, and conflict resolution.
- Administration of developing Business plans and Investment memorandums
- Preparing board meetings, animated Power Points and minute taking.
- Interpretation of brief verbal instructions
- Coordinate and schedule diary appointments
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
- HR Support including Recruitment, staff performance reviews.
- Schedule appointments, meetings and travel
- General administration and organisation
**Key Skills and Experience.**
- Project management experience and excellent time management
- Business Administration/management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organised.
- Excellent in Mathematics and English
- Degree or equivalent
- Expert in main Microsoft Office platforms
- Accountancy/book-keeping skills
- Ability to travel to sites as part of project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility of working hours outside of standard 9 -5 occasionally required.

- 10 plus years experience
- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
- Marketing/Sales experience
- HR experience
- Confident and with good people skills
- Other languages (Arabic preferred)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour
