Business Development Manager, Facilities Management

**Business Development Manager - Up to £40,000 Basic Salary + £5000 Car Allowance + £35,000 Commission (Uncapped)**
**Territory: Home Counties and London**
A unique business development sales role, where you can make the role bespoke to you, having the freedom to target specific markets that you wish, whilst being support by a well-established, thriving business. The role requires a proven field sales professionalthat is self-managing, persuasive and unfazed by new business generation yet is also highly customer focused, reliable, honest, and straightforward. Currently our client predominantly targets new business in the Home Counties and into London but would be opento your approach. Established over 20 years ago this profitable provider of facilities management services is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to secure new business.
Our client wants to ensure their employees have a flexible work life balance, therefore there is no requirement to go into the Leighton Buzzard office, giving you the freedom to work from home when not out meeting customers.
In providing a full range of facilities management services, our client would prefer to hire a successful and tenacious business-to-business sales professional with experience of selling into one of their sectors previously, this could include:
- Facilities Management
- Business Supplies/Office Equipment/Stationery
- Waste Management/Cleaning Services/Washroom
- Hospitality
- Food/Drink (into commercial businesses)
Suffice to say, this is a role for a 'hunter' rather than a 'farmer' and is ideal for someone that has sold courier services, washroom services, office equipment, stationery, CCTV, recruitment, vending solutions or similar business equipment or services.As the role has great future potential you will be an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual looking for a ten year plus career move.
