**About the Role**

Focussing on a selection of our unique and diverse venues, you will be working with a wide range of customers providing them with a single point of coordination for all of their venue requirements including, but not limited to, supplier liaison, bespoke proposals and inter-team working to ensure their event is a success.

We offer an end to end service that starts from the point of enquiry through to post event feedback and pride ourselves on providing professional, friendly and reliable support. Developing rapport and excellent working relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders is key to success in this role.

You will pursue personal financial targets in support of overall team targets, whilst also providing a range of non-revenue generating services to internal customers and be able to balance these two key priorities.

Your will have a primary office base at one of our venues, but will be required to work from the other venues as necessary. Occasional remote working can be facilitated but arrangements need to be flexible to ensure business needs are met. Regular evening and weekend working is an essential part of the role to manage events for which overtime is paid, or time off in lieu granted.

**About You**

You will have demonstrable experience of providing a high-quality customer service preferably in an events or hospitality setting.

As an individual with exceptional organisational and time management skills, you will be able to work productively and effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst keeping calm under pressure and being able to problem solve when the need arises.

You will be an effective and confident communicator, able to supervise staff and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to reach a successful outcome. You will have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and pride in what you do.

You will be flexible, able to regularly work evenings and weekends to manage events, and a team player who strives for success.
