A 45-bed Residential Home is looking for a **Full-time Administrator.**

**What do you get in return for working for Peel House?**
- Competitive rate Salary of 25000 per year depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Permanent contract of 40 hrs a week

**Core role**:

- Greeting relatives and friends of the residents, various health care professionals, and all visitors ensuring adherence to correct protocol
- Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families, colleagues, and professional bodies.
- Answering calls professionally and redirecting to the relevant person or taking/relaying messages
- Wide range of general administrative duties daily, weekly, or monthly to assist the team in supporting residents in their daily activities of living and social care needs
- Maintain strict confidentiality about all issues discussed and written regarding residents and employees.
- Support management with various administrative tasks as required
- To comply with the care homes guidelines and procedures at all times to fulfill the current and future regulations governing residential care.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
This is the ideal role for anyone who would like to use their administration and people skills in an organization that provides the quality care you’d expect for your loved ones.

Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an administrator in the care sector.
