Due to an internal restructure we are looking for an experienced administrator to support our leadership team. Reporting to the HR Manager this role plays an important part in the effective running of our business.

Main Responsibilities
- Supporting departments with key aspects of administration tasks as required
- Supporting the HR Manger with recruitment and general HR administration
- Supporting employees and visitors with producing door passes and clock cards where required.
- Supporting the HR Manager with managing Workday and supporting employees with any queries
- Working with the HR Manager and GM to create and distribute plant communications such as bonuses, announcements etc
- Act as a first point of contact for employees with payroll queries and liaise with external payroll provider to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Working closely with the Finance Manager to prepare and distribute finance reports
- Working closely with the Finance Manager for invoice and prepayment processes
- Supporting the Finance Manager with basic audit queries
- General data processing and administration activities (filing, photocopying, scanning, printing) for HR and Finance

Skills and Experience
- Two to three years administrative experience
- IT literate, particularly with Excel
- High levels of attention to detail
- Experience of working in a HR, Finance or Payroll setting advantageous.
