**The key responsibilities of a Administrator** **will include, but may not be limited to;**
- Monitor administrative processes.
- Record minutes from meetings and produce accurate records.
- Maintain records and management reports.
- Be first point of contact within any administrative queries.
- General office tasks; including posting, photocopying etc.
- Escalate data quality issues.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Not for Profit and Charities background - Housing Sector desirable.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to commute to Oldham.
