- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Process sales orders and invoices
- Monitor and track sales activities and provide reports to management
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of our sales department. **Salary**: £25,753.85-£27,500.00 per year
