With our client based in Oldham, we are looking to appoint a Finance Administrator to join their fast paced/growing business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across the finance department. Working hours are Monday - Friday and some flexibility on hours worked.
**Responsibilities**:
- Log and process supplier invoices
- Record daily cash receipts from customers
- Check supplier statement and process payments
- Credit Control Calls
- Assist with management of customer accounts
- Complete credit checks on new accounts
- Calculate daily supplier costs and record in the Operations system
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Recording supplier invoices in the accounting software
**Profile**:
- Looking for someone who has experience within working in a similar finance role
- Must have strong IT skills - across Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills - verbally and written
- Must have a minimum of 2 years office experience
