Salary : £24,000 - £25,000

With our client based in Oldham, we are looking to appoint a Finance Advisor / Account Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for dealing with all day to day queries from Suppliers, Brokers, Customers and Funders and providing administrative support across the wider business. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

**Duties**:

- Manage all incoming calls, resolving all queries where possible and delegating when needed
- Provide copy documents, invoices, T&C as required
- Deal with customer complaints ensuring all complaints are resolved
- Send out welcome packs to new customers
- Send out annual VAT invoices, termination letters and acknowledgment letters as appropriate
- Process settlement requests and provide accurate financial information
- Send out new Direct Debit Mandates

**Profile**:

- Looking for someone who has worked in a Similar Account Manager / Finance Advisor position
- Must have good working knowledge of the Finance / Leasing industry
- Strong communication skills needed - verbal and written
- Strong IT skills - across Microsoft Office Packages
- Ideally have experienced working with large volume of data
