Salary : £22,000 - £25,000

With our client based in Oldham we are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their team. You will be first point of contact for all Suppliers, Brokers and Customers and responding to day to day queries whilst providing administrative support to the wider business. Working hours Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

Responbilties:

- Answer and resolve all customer service telephone calls - where possible resolve the query yourself
- Deal with all customer complaints and ensure all complaints are logged and dealt with in the correct manner
- Liaise with Suppliers, Brokers or other Funders regarding any queries
- Send out annual VAT invoices, termination letters and acknowledgement letters
- Process settlement requests and provide accurate financial information
- Send out welcome packs to new customers and new Direct Debit mandates
- Provide support to other areas of the business

**Profile**:

- Previous Customer Service / Administration experience is essential
- Knowledge of the leasing//finance industry would be preferred
- Strong IT skills - across Microsoft Office Packages
- Strong communication skills - verbally and written
