**FULL-TIME SALES OFFICE/LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR**

The person will be part of a busy sales team taking incoming calls relating to the processing of sales orders and product queries, confirming pricing and preparing quotations. Knowledge of sage line 50 is desirable but not essential as necessary training will be offered. Other duties will include administrative duties as deemed necessary by the office manager. The role will be split in assisting the logistics administrator approx. 2 days a week with planning weekly delivery schedules and booking the appropriate sized vehicles with externally sourced transport contractors. In absence of the logistics administrator e.g. holiday leave periods, full-time cover will be required.
The person should possess the necessary skills and willingness to ensure the customer is offered a first class customer experience. A friendly telephone manner and good communication skills are essential.
